1) LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE

Whether you shop in-store or online, our Lowest Price Guarantee ensures that you get the best price on all products.

 

Before you make a purchase

Should you find a lower price in-store, in print or online we will beat it by 100% of the difference. Tell us which competitor is offering the lower price with an official quotation; upon verification we will match the competitor’s price plus additional 10% further discount!

 

If you've already made your purchase

For previous purchases, should you find a lower price in-store, in print or online from another retailer we will beat it by 100% of the difference plus additional 10% further discount! Present us with your original receipt within 30 days of purchase. Tell us which competitor is offering the lower price with an official quotation; upon verification we will match the competitor’s price plus additional 10% further discount!

If our own price is reduced present us with your original receipt within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the difference.

Here are some terms and conditions:

The item must be an identical new painting of the same dimension in unstretched form, of identical quality.

Competitors’ prices comparison will be based on EXW (Ex Work) country of origin, adjusted to SGD using a internationally recognized exchange rate.

Our Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to advertising errors or misprints, anniversary sale prices, special educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, limited or minimum quantity or limited time offers and clearances.

The terms and conditions of the Lowest Price Guarantee are subject to change without notice.


2) UNSTRETCHED PAINTING

Delivered scrolled up in a mailing tube. This faciliates you to bring it to your framer to choose your desired frame, based on personal taste and choice.

 

3) STRETCHED PAINTING

The canvas is made taut, tightened and secured to a wooden frame (also known as a stretcher bar). Ready to hang.

 

4) DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO SHOP ONLINE?

No you don’t. However,  if you like, you may create an account with ARTStatement.com in order to make online purchases more seamless and to enjoy other benefits. You will find that registering is easy and FREE! We will keep your details confidential.

 

5) WHY SHOULD I BECOME A REGISTERED USER?

Registration gives you 24-hour shopping privileges and advance notices of ArtStatement’s promotions, plus the following additional benefits :You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billingaddresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.

You can browse, shop and have the option of completing your order at a later time. We’ll keep track of the items you’ve already put in your shopping cart so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. However, DO NOTE that placing items to your shopping cart for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

 

6) HOW DO I CHANGE DETAILS ON MY ACCOUNT?

 Once you have registered an account with us, you can log in to your Account anytime to modify any detail such as password or shipping address.

 

7) HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?

 At the home page, click on a Category under the Image Gallery tab. Click on an item to view the full product details. Choose an item and then click ‘Add to Cart’.

 Once you have finished shopping, click on ‘My Cart’ to view the items list in your shopping cart.

 When you have confirmed the order list, click on ‘Checkout’ to confirm the order.

 

8) HOW DO I KNOW IF THE ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

 You will receive a confirmation email after checking out. Alternatively, you could check your order status by clicking on the Track Your Order tab.

 

9) CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

It is important you check your order before confirming it. We regret we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

 

10) WHOLESALE/BULK PRICING

11) BULK SUPPLY TO NEW PROPERTY PROJECTS SUCH AS HOTELS, RESTAURANTS ETC

Yes, we are very happy to work with Architects, Interior Designers, Property Developers in customizing the types of oil on canvas, sizes, quantity etc any where around the world at special prices.Please contact us at ask@ARTStatement.com

 

12) CUSTOMISED DIMENSION/PAINTING

If you are interested in one of our paintings but with a different dimension, customisation is possible. Simply send us an email at  ask@ARTStatement.com and we will attend to your enquiry.Likewise, if you are interested to have a family portrait or photo on canvas, do drop us an email.

 

13) AVAILABILITY OF STOCK

All paintings on "Promotion" Category are ex stock. Hence delivery will be expedited  soonest possible upon confirmation of receipt of payment.

Paintings not in 'Promotion" Category have to be freshly painted and thus require necessary lead time of 4 weeks for delivery. In the event an order is made during major festivities season eg New Year, Lunar New Year, Christmas, Easter, etc we seek your understanding that  there will be a necessary lead time of more than 4 weeks due to artists on holiday leave. However, rest assured we will try our best to expedite your order soonest possible.

 

 

14) PAYMENT

WHAT ARE THE VARIOUS PAYMENT OPTIONS?

 We accept Funds Transfer to our OCBC Bank Account  739575 001

You can also make payment via your PayPal account. All transaction charges by PayPal are fully borne by us.

 

a. Internet Banking

ARTStatement.com accepts local (within Singapore) bank transfers via Internet Banking.

We do not accept ATM transfers. Please take note that Interbank Transfers (made within Singapore) usually take approximately 1-3 working days to be credited into our account.

After you have made a bank transfer via internet banking, we would be grateful if you can please email us the following information in the format provided as this will help expedite the processing of your order.

Please state your name and order / invoice number as this will help us track the payments we receive via internet banking;

◦ amount transferred;

◦ bank transaction reference number; and

◦ bank transaction reference time.

We will prepare your item(s) for shipping / despatch upon confirmation of receipt of full payment.

PayPal is the global leader for facilitating online payments and is the faster, safer and easier way to pay online. Making online payments via PayPal using the MasterCard or Visa card is secure andyou do not need a PayPal account to do so. All transaction charges imposed by PayPal will be borne by ARTStatement.com. After being redirected to PayPal for payment, simply select the “Use yourcredit or debit card to pay” option if you do not have a PayPal account. All credit cardholders are subjected to validation checks by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorisepayment, we will not be able to proceed with your order. Please contact your card issuer should you have any queries on the authorization process.

For international customers, you will be charged the price for the item(s) based on US currency selected by you and the exchange rate set by ARTStatement.com. Unless you select otherwise, thedefault currency on ARTStatement.com is the Singapore Dollar.

 

 

15) SHIPPING


LOCAL

All orders will be processed for shipping / despatch upon confirmation of receipt of full payment. You will receive your goods within 4 weeks. Once we receive your payment, the process of professionalpainting, drying , shipping and stretching begins. Once ready, we will send it to you through local courier. Hence the lead time of 4 weeks.

Our shipping policy is as per the below:

All prices quoted include delivery within Singapore.

All local orders are shipped via SingPost registered mail or by such other means deemed acceptable by ArtStatement.

All delivered goods accepted and signed for by customers are deemed to be checked and in good condition by customer and thus no dispute of refund is to be entertained after 5 working days after delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

 

All the paintings are delivered unframed. To make sure that the paintings are well protected during the shipping process, we use bubble and plastic tubes which are specially designed for shipping oil paintings for package.

 

International shipping will be charged at the prevailing rates based on weight and size by DHL or whichever courier Artstatement will use. All orders will only be processed for despatch / shipping approximately 3 to 4 working days upon confirmation of receipt of full payment.

We usually use DHL for all international shipping or such other couriers that we deem appropriate. The shipping rate will be automatically calculated and added to the cost of your order based on the weight of the items and shipping address submitted at Checkout. For a rough estimation of the postage, you may wish to use the postage calculator service provided by DHL. Our shipping zones are based on DHL’s zones.

Delivery will usually take approximately within 4weeks. Please note the actual delivery timeline is dependent on the destination. All parcels are subject to custom inspection/clearance (Singapore and destination countries) which may add to the time taken for the package to arrive.

 

Custom Duties & Taxes

Please note that shipping charges do not include custom duties, levies or taxes (if any) that may be levied when your parcel reaches the destination country. We will not be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, customs clearance, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of Singapore. We are required by law to state the content and full value of the shipment. It is your responsibility to pay any charges/taxes levied by the relevant authorities and observe the respective regulations of the country in which you receive our items. We recommend that you check with your local authorities for further information.

Please ensure the shipping address you provided is accurate and complete as any inaccuracies or incomplete information can lead to delays. If an order shipment is undeliverable, the items you ordered will be returned to ArtStatement in Singapore at your expense, and such items will be immediately treated as stock available for sale to other customers. As such, the returned items can be sold to other customers and we shall have no obligation to reserve or re-deliver the returned item to you. Any sums paid by you to ArtStatement for such undeliverable items will be returned to you after deduction of all charges and expenses incurred by ArtStatement arising from such a situation.

ArtStatement will carefully check each item before it is packed for shipping/despatch to ensure that it is in good condition and not defective and therefore, once we have despatched the item to you, the risk of loss and/or damage of the purchased item passes to you once the item (s) is/are shipped / despatched by ArtStatement to the carrier/courier. As the risk of loss or damage will pass to you after we have despatched the item(s), it is important to highlight that the shipped items are not insured as the price for the items do NOT include any insurance coverage. You must therefore inform us prior to shipment if you wish to pay for insurance coverage, and we will then advise you accordingly.

16) DO YOU SHIP TO AN OFFICE ADDRESS?

Yes, we will ship to your office address. If we are unable to pass the parcel directly to you, we will leave them with the office receptionist. After which, we are not responsible if the parcel is not passed to you.

 

17) GIFT VOUCHERS / CERTIFICATES

With effect from 1 January 2014, all goods redeemed are to be on self collection terms only. Delivery request  will be on a S$50 per address basis. 

All redeemed ARTStatement gift vouchers / certificates must be presented upon collection of goods. In the event of non presentation of voucher / certificate, the redeemed amount needs to be paid by cash , else transaction is deemed void.
