LOCAL

 All orders will be processed for shipping / despatch upon confirmation of receipt of full payment. You will receive your goods within 4 weeks. Once we receive your payment, the process of professional painting, drying , shipping and stretching begins. Once ready, we will send it to you through local courier. Hence the lead time of 4 weeks.

Our shipping policy is as per the below:

 All prices quoted include delivery within Singapore.

All local orders are shipped via SingPost registered mail or by such other means deemed acceptable by ArtStatement.

 

INTERNATIONAL

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

International shipping will be charged at the prevailing rates based on weight and size by DHL or whichever courier Artstatement will use. All orders will only be processed for despatch / shipping approximately 3 to 4 working days upon confirmation of receipt of full payment.

We usually use DHL for all international shipping or such other couriers that we deem appropriate. The shipping rate will be automatically calculated and added to the cost of your order based on the weight of the items and shipping address submitted at Checkout. For a rough estimation of the postage, you may wish to use the postage calculator service provided by DHL. Our shipping zones are based on DHL’s zones.

 

Delivery will usually take approximately within 4 weeks. Please note the actual delivery timeline is dependent on the destination. All parcels are subject to customer inspection/clearance (Singapore and destination countries) which may add to the time taken for the package to arrive.

 

Custom Duties & Taxes

 

Please note that shipping charges do not include custom duties, levies or taxes (if any) that may be levied when your parcel reaches the destination country. We will not be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, customs clearance, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of Singapore. We are required by law to state the content and full value of the shipment. It is your responsibility to pay any charges/taxes levied by the relevant authorities and observe the respective regulations of the country in which you receive our items. We recommend that you check with your local authorities for further information.

 

Please ensure the shipping address you provided is accurate and complete as any inaccuracies or incomplete information can lead to delays. If an order shipment is undeliverable, the items you ordered will be returned to ArtStatement in Singapore at your expense, and such items will be immediately treated as stock available for sale to other customers. As such, the returned items can be sold to other customers and we shall have no obligation to reserve or re-deliver the returned item to you. Any sums paid by you to ArtStatement for such undeliverable items will be returned to you after deduction of all charges and expenses incurred by ArtStatement arising from such a situation.

 

ArtStatement will carefully check each item before it is packed for shipping/despatch to ensure that it is in good condition and not defective and therefore, once we have despatched the item to you, the risk of loss and/or damage of the purchased item passes to you once the item (s) is/are shipped / despatched by ArtStatement to the carrier/courier. As the risk of loss or damage will pass to you after we have despatched the item(s), it is important to highlight that the shipped items are not insured as the price for the items do NOT include any insurance coverage. You must therefore inform us prior to shipment if you wish to pay for insurance coverage, and we will then advise you accordingly.

DO YOU SHIP TO AN OFFICE ADDRESS?

 Yes, we will ship to your office address. If we are unable to pass the parcel directly to you, we will leave them with the office receptionist. After which, we are not responsible if the parcel is not passed to you.
